Shipping policy
We know you’re excited to get your Fable products in hand, and so are we! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process to ensure a smooth delivery from our store to your doorstep.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
In the event of high order volume, there may be slight delays. We’ll communicate any changes to your estimated delivery time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6.99 for all U.S. orders under $40
- Free Shipping: Orders $40 and up ship free — no code needed
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days via USPS
Delivery times may vary based on your location and postal service speed.
Shipping Availability
At this time, we ship only to the United States.
If you’re interested in ordering from another country, feel free to contact us at shipping@getfablecosmetics.com. We’ll do our best to assist or notify you when international shipping becomes available.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fable Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Since we currently only ship within the U.S., international charges do not apply.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not liable for products lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at help@getfablecosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the item(s). We’ll evaluate and work with you on a resolution.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at shipping@getfablecosmetics.com. We’ll do our best to update your order before it’s processed.
