Your happiness with every Fable purchase is incredibly important to us. We take pride in offering beauty products you can trust and love. But if things aren’t quite perfect, we’re here to make it right.
Hassle-Free Refunds for First-Time Purchases
We’re confident you’ll love Fable Cosmetics products. But if it’s not a perfect match, just let us know within 45 days of purchase, and we’ll issue a hassle-free refund—no return required.
How It Works:

- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days—no need to send anything back.
💜 One-Time Courtesy Policy: One refund per product per customer. If you've already received a refund on a specific product and repurchase it, a return will be required for any subsequent refund on that same product.
Returns for Unused & Unopened Products – 45-Day Return Window
If you purchased an item but haven’t opened or used it, we accept returns within 45 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used cosmetics.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Opened or used cosmetics.
- Items received more than 45 days after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@getfablecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a downloadable return shipping label. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it back to us using the provided label.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the unwanted item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
